In this two-day workshop you'll learn the basics of mindfulness - adapted for a work context.
We will do some simple but effective meditations and mindful movements. We focus also on mini-meditations and exercises you can do at work.
You'll take away some neuropsychological insights as well as a better understanding of your own stress patterns.
It's two days of learning mindfulness, with one hour lunch break on both days. Refreshments are provided. Restaurants are nearby in Potsdam's beautiful city center.
